Moving to Work
Under the MTW program, LMHA creates and adopts an annual plan that describes new and ongoing activities that utilize authority granted to LMHA under the MTW Agreement with HUD. The annual plan focuses primarily on the Public Housing program, Housing Choice Voucher program and Capital Fund program as these are the LMHA programs that fall under MTW. In addition, it contains information about LMHA's non-MTW initiatives including public housing site improvements and resident self-sufficiency programs. The MTW Annual Report prepared at the end of the fiscal year is an update on the status and outcomes of those activities included in the MTW Annual Plan.
