The mission of the Louisville Metro Housing Authority is to provide quality, affordable housing for those in need, assist residents in their efforts to achieve financial independence, and work with the community to strengthen neighborhood.
The Louisville Metro Housing Authority will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Avenue Plaza (400 S. 8th St.) in the Community Room on the 2nd floor to discuss the following items:
1. Changes to the Public Housing Admissions & Continuing Occupancy Policy 2. Changes to the Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan 3. A proposed amendment to the Housing Authority's FY 2017 Moving to Work (MTW) Annual Plan 4. The Housing Authority's FY 2018 MTW Annual Plan
Accommodations for disabled or non-English speaking persons will be made available upon advance request.
These documents will be available for review and public comment from March 17, 2017 thru April 17, 2017 on the Housing Authority’s website; at the agency's Central Offices (420 S. 8th St.); at the agency’s Section 8 Office (801 Vine St.); or by mail as requested.
