EXTERMINATOR
Responsible for spraying buildings and grounds. Releases chemicals, sets traps and baiting to rid premises and grounds of pests. Prepares units and buildings for fumigating and spraying. $19.17/hr. High School graduation or equivalent. One year related experience, and a valid driver’s license. An equivalent combination of education or experience may be substituted. Must pass the International Property Maintenance Test and be certified by the State of Kentucky to apply pesticides within six months of employment. MAINTENANCE WORKER II & III
High school graduate or its equivalent. Must have two (2) to five (5) years experience in the skilled trades (i.e. Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC). Must possess a valid driver’s license. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Minimum salary $18.05 an hour.
